The space
Located on Avenida Afonso Pena, in Jardim dos Estados, Gran Sitári has a dining room of dark marble, wood and greenery hanging over the tables. On the walls, mirrors and drawings. The wine bottles are on display and have been part of the décor since day one. On the veranda, tables for the late afternoon. There is room for dinner for two and for Sunday lunch with the family.

Our story
In December 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, Luan Vidal began selling parmigianas for delivery from a kitchen with no dining room. It became Seu Parmê. It became a shop. In 2023 he left everything else he did to stay only with gastronomy. Between 2024 and 2025 he designed a house unlike the first: more technique, more table, more time.
That is where the name came from. Gran, from grand, or from grain. Sitári, wheat in Greek. Something that is born small, grows and reaches the table.
In the kitchen, sous-chef Yuri Duarte and a team that treats every dish as a calling card. Technique, ingredient and affective memory, as he sums it up.
Events and celebrations
For birthdays, company dinners and dates that call for a bigger table. Get in touch and we will put the format together.

Dinner
Monday to Saturday
Gran Sitári was born to bring back the pleasure of being at the table. With time, attention and truth.
We start from Italian cooking: pasta made here, risotto cooked to the point, slow-cooked ragù. And we don't stop there. Dulce de leche barbecue, kabocha squash, arracacha, moqueca. A current reading of what tradition taught us.
Starters to open the conversation. Dishes to share. A pace that rushes no one. Here, time is yours.
Bar and wines
Cocktails with the same calm as the kitchen, to start the evening or to linger after dessert.
The wine list brings together labels from several countries, by the glass and by the bottle, chosen to go with pasta, risotto and meat.
